Contact Support
Email us with your account email, device model, app version, and a short description of the issue. For receipt scan problems, include whether the receipt was captured with the camera or selected from the photo library.
Receipt Capture
- Check camera and photo library permissions in iOS Settings.
- Use a clear, well-lit receipt image with the full total visible.
- Review extracted merchant, date, total, and category before saving.
Records and Exports
- Search receipts by merchant, category, amount, or date.
- Use exports for personal records, expense reports, and tax preparation.
- Contact support if a saved receipt image or export is not available.
Privacy and Security
- Receipt files are encrypted by the backend before object storage.
- Receipt files are served through authenticated or time-limited access.
- Read the Privacy Policy for collection, storage, and retention details.
App Review
- ReceiptNote requires sign-in for receipt storage and account-specific analytics.
- Camera and photo access are used only for receipt capture and import.
- Reviewer demo credentials should be entered in App Store Connect.
