QuickBooks and Xero receipt export

ReceiptNote keeps receipt records structured so self-employed users can export files that are easier to review, clean up, and hand off to bookkeeping tools.

ReceiptNote supports CSV and PDF export workflows. It is not a native QuickBooks or Xero integration, and it does not sync records into accounting software.

CSV for import prep

Export rows with date, vendor, amount, category, and description fields for spreadsheet review before import.

PDF for review

Create a readable record package when an accountant or client needs a formatted receipt summary.

File handoff only

ReceiptNote supports CSV and PDF export workflows. It is not a native QuickBooks or Xero integration.

Workflow

Prepare files before the accounting handoff.

The workflow is intentionally file-based: capture or organize receipts, review the fields, export CSV and PDF files, then hand off or import those files in your bookkeeping process.

  1. Capture or organize receipts

Scan receipts on iPhone or keep existing receipt records organized with merchant, date, amount, category, and notes.

  2. Review fields before export

Check the receipt fields and categories while the business context is still clear.

  3. Export CSV and PDF files

Download CSV rows for spreadsheet cleanup and PDF summaries for review or record sharing.

  4. Hand off to bookkeeping

Share the prepared files with a bookkeeper, accountant, spreadsheet, QuickBooks, or Xero workflow outside ReceiptNote.
